Subscription Terms

These terms govern the Keyzi Dealer Network monthly subscription, billing, cancellation, and related billing policies.

1. Service Description

The Keyzi Dealer Network subscription is a monthly recurring membership that grants participating franchised dealerships access to:

  • Dealer inventory listing creation and management
  • Listing submission for admin review and marketplace publication
  • Offer submission on buyer vehicle requests
  • Access to the Keyzi buyer network and verified deal pipeline
  • Keyzi invoice verification on approved listings

Subscription access is required for all fee-generating dealer activities on the platform. Viewing the dealer portal and reading platform information does not require an active subscription.

2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

The Keyzi Dealer Network subscription is billed at $1,000 per month per dealer account, charged in advance on a monthly billing cycle.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month on the same calendar day as your original subscription start date. Renewal charges will be processed automatically to the payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payment Processing

All billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the monthly subscription fee on a recurring basis. Keyzi does not store full card details.

Billing Start

Your first billing cycle begins immediately upon completing the Stripe Checkout process. Access to subscription features is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing & Invoices portal accessible from your dealer billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • You retain full platform access through the end of the paid billing period
  • No charges are incurred after the cancellation effective date
  • Existing approved listings may remain visible through the end of the billing period
  • Listings will be removed from the marketplace after access lapses

To cancel, navigate to Dealer Portal → Billing → Manage Billing & Invoices. If you encounter issues, contact billing@keyzi.co.

4. Failed Payments

If a recurring subscription payment fails, the following process applies:

  • Stripe will automatically retry the charge on subsequent days
  • Your subscription status will be marked as "Past Due" during the retry period
  • Platform access is maintained during the initial retry window
  • If all retries fail, your subscription moves to "Unpaid" status

You will receive email notification from Stripe when a payment fails. You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal to resolve a failed payment without interruption to service.

5. Suspension for Non-Payment

If your subscription enters “Unpaid” status (all Stripe retries exhausted), your dealer account will be suspended. While suspended:

  • You cannot create new listings or submit offers
  • Existing listings are hidden from the marketplace
  • You retain access to the dealer portal to manage billing
  • Buyers are unable to unlock new deals from your listings

To restore access, update your payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal or contact billing@keyzi.co for assistance. Access is restored automatically upon successful payment.

6. Price Changes

Keyzi may change the monthly subscription price with at least 30 days’ advance notice to active subscribers. Notice will be provided by email and/or by notice in the dealer portal.

If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Keyzi does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Exceptions may be made at Keyzi’s sole discretion in the case of:

  • Billing errors caused by Keyzi
  • Duplicate charges caused by technical error
  • Account termination initiated by Keyzi without cause

To request a refund consideration, contact billing@keyzi.co within 30 days of the charge. We do not provide refunds for standard monthly subscription fees where service was available and accessible.

8. Stripe Customer Portal

Keyzi uses the Stripe Customer Portal for subscription management. Through the portal, you can:

  • Update your payment method (credit card or ACH)
  • View billing history and download invoices
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Manage billing contact information

The portal is accessible from Dealer Portal → Billing → Manage Billing & Invoices. The portal is provided and hosted by Stripe; its use is subject to Stripe’s terms.

9. Administrative Access

Keyzi reserves the right to grant subscription-equivalent access to specific dealer accounts at its discretion (e.g., promotional accounts, partnerships, or internal testing). Such access may be revoked at any time and does not constitute a waiver of subscription requirements for other accounts.
